Please Note:

The apartment sleeps up to six people as standard with two single beds in each bedroom. It may be possible to accommodate an additional two guests at a rate of £100 per person per week. However this can only be arranged at the time of booking.

A refundable good housekeeping bond of £40 per person per week will be held against damage, loss, excessive consumption of services and excessive final cleaning. (reasonable wear and tear excluded). If damage/loss exceeds the £40 bond, you will be invoiced for the difference. If there is no damage, the bond will be returned. For your own protection, please check the inventory on arrival and departure.
